In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your 88mcd account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 88mcd does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified IDR account or e-wallet registered under your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

KYC Requirement: A withdrawal request from an account that has not completed KYC verification will be held pending document submission. 88mcd reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation for any withdrawal, regardless of previous verification status, in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in IDR. 88mcd does not currently support multi-currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions.

88mcd periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the relevant promotion, which are published on the promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Rollover Requirement: All bonus funds carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.

3. Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or registering on behalf of a minor.

All content on the 88mcd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 88mcd or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.
• Use the 88mcd brand name, logo, or trade dress in any context without express authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or application.
• Extract or systematically download content, data, or odds from the platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to 88mcd for distribution on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88mcd expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the platform's operation, availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

88mcd shall not be liable to any member for any loss or damage of any kind — including but not limited to direct loss, consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, server failures, or maintenance windows.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes later subject to review, or data feed inaccuracies subsequently corrected.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, Indonesian banking infrastructure, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any losses resulting from gambling activity itself, which you acknowledge is inherently subject to chance and financial risk.

In any event where 88mcd is found liable despite the foregoing exclusions, the maximum aggregate liability of 88mcd to any member shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by the Member: You may close your 88mcd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any outstanding rollover requirements on active bonuses must be assessed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Termination by 88mcd: 88mcd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Evidence of multiple account registration by the same individual.
• A member's request to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming program.

Where an account is closed by 88mcd for reasons other than proven fraud or these Terms breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member's registered payment method after a compliance review period not exceeding 14 business days.

88mcd is operated by an internationally registered gaming entity. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
